Hi! I'm Rhea.
I’m a travel photographer and first-year MBA student currently based in Boston, Massachusetts. My fascination with capturing the outdoors began young— I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I was less than an hour from the mountains, the beach, and of course, a very urban city. Thanks to adventurous parents that loved photography, I played around with a DSLR from the age of 10, and travelled a ton as a kid. Landscape, street and travel photography were art forms that gave me a way to combine everything I loved into a creative outlet. I moved to LA for school, and began to experiment with more editorial-type shoots, and international street work. Both helped me craft a personal style combining rich colors and natural textures with sweeping, expansive landscapes.
I love finding inspiration in both the ordinary and the extraordinary, and with my photography, I hope to capture not only what's in front of the lens, but the emotions and memories behind it.
